dean callan, brand ambassador of monkey shoulder whisky, asked georgie bell and myself to join him in an event called too much information, at the bon vivant companion, in edinburgh. georgie is a really interesting lady- she is the bar manager at the scottish malt whisky society and she knows heaps and heaps about whisky. i was mainly there to talk about scent aromas in whisky- mainly about different compositions of peat, and phenolic compounds. it was written up in CLASS magazine. you can read the article here.
